Home Care Assistance of Jefferson County is family owned and operated business ran by A father daughter duo, Herman & Darlene Ortiz. Priscilla Segura, my grandmother was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and soon after lost her mobility. We decided that we were going to do all in our power to pro-long her life and enjoy her remaining days. As there was no reliable companies that we had worked with in caring for her, we decided we would open one ourselves to take care of her 24/7. My grandmother sadly passed in the process. Our company now is in honor of her. We treat all of our clients like family, with love and respect, the way we loved and cared for her.
