We had such a positive experience with Visiting Angels. The caregivers were not only professional but also incredibly kind and loving toward my mom, which gave us so much peace of mind. Anytime a concern came up, the team was quick to respond and always supportive. They were wonderful with scheduling, and whenever adjustments were needed, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered. I’m truly grateful for the care and compassion they showed our family.

Our family is forever grateful for the support Visiting Angels gave our family during a very difficult time. What started out as needing care for our father during the day quickly turned into emergency 24 hour care after about a week of starting our services with them. Visiting Angels was able to place caregivers for all shifts on short notice. My mother has said many times that the caregivers were truly angels and were absolutely wonderful. Sadly our father passed away, but we are forever grateful for the care that the staff from the Lancaster, PA office provided.

They were extremely accommodating for our 1 week stay in Lancaster to play in a bridge tournament. Jenifer is a bit new to this job but her heart is in the right place and she got steadily more effective over the week. Our visit was a complete success.
