"We have had the worst experience with this agency which is prompted us to rethink the whole idea of having people come in to care for an elderly parent this was supposed to be tjrough the VA a third party contractor for respite care because we do full-time care of a disabled veteran parent the first person they sent was professional enough but continuously left early would leave the person that she's supposed to be caring for alone if we were 15 minutes late weny a s far as to call me in the hospital when I'm having a hip replacement to tell me she needs to leave early. The second person that showed up they sent showed up in daisy dukes and a halter top that had just a piece of material in the front and strings holding it together which shows she doesn't care anything about the job then continued to tell us her life story and we're not leaving a loved one in the care of either type of those people so I don't know how these people are licensed but I recommend staying as far away from them as possible and the hutzpah it takes for them to come interview us to see if we're okay for them to send this type of person to care for a disabled Vietnam veteran is shocking I'm currently looking how to report them to a licensing board because I don't know if they don't do background checks on the people the hire this being my first experience with having to hire someone to come in for respite care now I am going to check out the agencies and I'm going to interview the people beforehand because I'm I'm still in awe of the people they sent that they actually hired them"
