Stable Care Services is licensed by Department of Community Health-Division of Healthcare Facility Regulations as a Private Home Care Provider who offers a comprehensive private home care services to individuals who are not capable of functioning independently on their own and requires professional care services and watchful medical oversight. The agency is currently providing quality personal care services to individuals who are functionally impaired, and to assists them with activities of daily living. These services are being provided at the client’s home of residence by person(s) licensed as a registered nurse and certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and supervised by a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia. Certified Nursing Assistants Help with personal care such as bathing, feeding, toileting, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, taking vital signs, and other medically related activities. We provide services to the following clients: • A client has been discharged from the hospital but is not fully recovered or has condition that needs monitoring (e.g. surgery, heart attack /stroke) • People with additive diseases • People who are categorized as mentally challenged individuals • A person has a chronic condition and requires care until he/she has stabilized (e.g. heart/lung diseases, diabetes) • Someone recently diagnosed with a disease needs education about the illness and help coping with it (e.g. high blood pressure) • A person is being hospitalized repeatedly or is experiencing prolonged hospital stays. • Someone who is in final stages of an incurable disease. • A family is caring for an elderly, disabled or a family client that needs education or additional support. • Anyone who is not capable of functioning independently on their own that needs help with activities of daily living and requires watchful over-sight.
