I am pleased to share my experience with Homewatch Caregivers of West LA, which provided exceptional care for my 90-year-old mother. From our very first interaction with Jae, the owner, I felt confident that this agency was the right choice for my mother's care. He allowed me the time I needed to make the best decision for her and was incredibly supportive of her desire to remain as independent as possible. The caregiver assigned to my mother, Patricia, was nothing short of outstanding. She was compassionate and loving, providing care that brought me peace of mind. Patricia not only assisted my mother with daily activities such as meal preparation and medication management, but she also engaged her in meaningful conversations, helped her maintain her appearance, and took her on neighborhood walks for exercise and stimulation. My mother thrived on Patricia's energy, care, and companionship, enhancing her quality of life. Unfortunately, due to the evolving nature of my mother's needs, I had recently had to transition her to a higher level of care at a memory care facility. I am grateful to Homewatch Caregivers of West LA for their dedication to enhancing the lives of seniors.
