Vital Sign Home Care is a fully licensed, insured, RN owned and operated home care agency. We are located in the state of Maryland. Vital Sign Home Care provides supportive in-home care services to the elderly and disabled individuals. We specialize in dementia Care, stroke recovery and fall prevention and other health care needs. We provide services not limited to ADL’s (assisted daily living) , housekeeping and family supportive services. Our caregivers are Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Medication Technicians. Our staff undergoes extensive background checks, initial and ongoing training. We ensure our staff understands the client's physical abilities and limitations. Our staff is competent working with a range of disabilities and limitations, including individuals with dementia. We manage our trained caregivers closely, ensuring that they are there, when you expect them, every time.
