Cornerstone Healthcare does a complete background screening on all caregivers. We hire only loving, compassionate, and experienced caregivers who are committed to the care and well-being of our clients. All of our caregivers are fully bonded and insured. Our professional staff will meet and interview you or your loved one. The needs and wishes of the client will be assessed and a care plan will be created. The caregiver who is chosen will be hand-picked to meet the qualifications personally required on your individual care plan. All caregivers are regularly monitored and evaluated to ensure that they are the best “fit” for the client. All of our caregivers hold professional licensure; CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), LPN (License Practical Nurse), or RN (Registered Nurse). We do complete background checks and health screenings. All staff is fully insured and bonded. Our RN Supervisors pay regular visits to our clients, evaluating and training the caregivers on the specific needs of the client. We hand-pick our caregivers and employ only those who have the same philosophy as ours: Treat the client like you would a member of your own family!!!
