I am proud to share this review. Out of many home healthcare agencies that I've dealt with, I ifind Southeast to be caring and professional. They strive to make a good patient/aide match up. They found a great person for me and my challenging medical situation. I feel safe in Southcare's arms

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have no idea why it has 5 stars. This is one of the WORST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL companies I have ever come in contact with. They continually undermine and disrespect you in so many ways: - Their employees are inexperienced when it comes to caring for elders. - Their employees never show up on time, and if they are running late, they do not inform you at all. - Even worse, on SEVERAL occasions their employees have not shown up AT ALL and they did not call or text to inform us of this, leaving our loved ones with NO CARE. This company is completely UNRELIABLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY and POORLY managed. DO NOT work with them, especially if you care about your loved ones and want them to be treated with respect and with actual care.

Excellent service, the staff always willing to help. They would do whatever it takes to get the right caregiver for your loved one.
