I used Touching Hearts to make it possible to have my grandfather at my wedding. He has memory & mobility issues, but I wanted him to be present at my wedding without creating stress for any of my family members. Touching hearts stayed with him making sure he did not fall at the wedding and at cocktail hour.  They also drove him home when he was ready to go, which allowed the rest of the family to be able to stay at the wedding. My granndfather was able to enjoy the wedding with the rest of my family and I am so grateful Touching Hearts made this possible.

We had a wonderful experience with all the staff at Touching Hearts at Home. They cared for my mom, Victoria,  for several months as we were working towards transitioning to assisted living. Each caregiver became like a member of the family. My mom looked forward to their daily care.  The caregivers were skilled at bathing, transitioning and even family counseling (they listened to all of us in a very professional manner)! We worked with a different agency for several months before hiring Touching Hearts and I can say the difference was remarkable.  They are a very professional agency with very caring and skilled caregivers. I would highly recommend!

We used Touching Hearts of McMurray for home care for my mother for approximately 5 years.  They were absolutely outstanding in every way.  They were caring, supportive, well trained and did just an amazing job!  I can't thank them enough for everything they did for my mom and our family all the way up and through the very end.  They were not just companions or friends, they really did become part of the familiy.  I would highly recommend their services and plan to use them for any needs that our family has in the future.  Again, I can't thank Kira, Nancy and the entire Touching Hearts Team enough!!!  May God grant you all many years!

Definitely DO NOT use this agency! They are the complete opposite of their name and everything their mission stands states. My grandmother was almost in 2 car accidents with one of their staff and this agency/staff showed no concern. I contacted the agency after some serious accusations asked if she could get her regular helpers to come back. Nancy told me that they have more difficult clients that needed more help than my grandmother. Also asked why the aid didn’t go with her in the store and just dropped her off and waited in the car. Unprofessional! I’m glad she was okay being 82. They don’t care if your loved one has a companion or not. Which is outrageous! My grandmother is the kindest soul ever and the treatment she received here was unwarranted. Think twice before using this service!
