I can't express enough how grateful I am to have Homewatch as a provider of caregivers for my mother. She is not an easy patient and I am appreciative of the care that she has been provided. Ms Erica and Janelle and crew have been very supportive of me as the primary caregiver and my needs as well. They have been encouraging , understanding and flexible. They have provided consistently when they could and that has been most of the time as inconsistent caregivers were problematic for the patient. I can't thank Ms. Erica enough for her services. Even the caregivers praise Ms. Erica and the things she provides for them that they would not ordinarily receive. I also received an opportunity to receive counseling services free of charge for a short time through this company which I continued after my free interval simply because I had been trying to find someone and when this opportunity presented itself, I took it. I have recommended them to others to have for a time when their love one will be in need. The caregiver we currently had takes wonderful care of mom and has built a relationship with her. I don't have to worry about her care or safety when I'm away. Whether you need them for many hours a few short hours, I recommend them.

This has been an easy journey. Finding the right agency to meet not only the clients needs but mine too was a task. My nurses have been dependable and knowledgeable and most of all caring. Thanks to the staff who took the time to listen to my needs in a caregiver and matched them completely!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will entice you with initial contact, and after enrolling the patient become nothing but a dollar sign to them. Their staff is uneducated and untrained. Their "caregivers" will lie about situations that never happened. They have no want to respect the person that needs aid or their family... this company is a SCAM and will overcharge you if you self pay... BEWARE...

I am so pleased with my caregiver. When Homewatch came to my home for the initial evaluation I feel as though they really listened to my concerns and needs. How else can I explain the awesome match they did in choosing a caregiver that would blend in seamlessly into my home environment! I am too happy with their choice

I've had other services before and have been very displeased with the service but I got a awesome girl ( Taylor) that's one very good go get get stuff done THANK YOU FOR HER SHE MAKES MY LIFE EASIER
