I am a current client of this provider Our family couldn’t be more pleased with choosing “At Home Senior Solutions” as they were recommended to us by Social Services. We got them to help with Dad’s care (bathing/toileting/medicine and house work as Mom was unable) during this time the level of care and professionalism was excellent. As things progressed, we needed to step up the level of care to “around the clock” at a moment’s notice, which they were able to accommodate without issue or hassles. Whoever came into our home treated the family with the upmost care and respect. Now that Dad has passed we have them coming in 3 days a week to assist Mom around the house. Let me tell you she’s not an easy person to please, but she couldn’t be happier as she has asked them to do everything!! “they have listed that they say they will do” As things progress with Mom, we will need to step up the care again with her too, and I’m confident we will receive the best care from their staff. Special thanks to their supervisor Wendy, as she frequently checks in and assesses the situation to ensure the upmost care is given and has even taken on shifts when there was a scheduling conflict. With her extra care / professionalism and attention to detail, put this company over the top.

Ive had to deal with other in home care companies and not been pleased with any of them. Being a brittle diabetic I require a lot of knowledge about DIABETES and through at home senior solutions I finally have this. I am very pleased with the caregiver they have given me. They WENT out of there way to find the perfect person for me and my needs. Best in home care company around!

I have used this agency for over a year now and have been very satisfied with the care they provide for my 93 year old mother. Recently I added a couple of night time shifts. A very wonderful caregiver named Antonieta was assigned the shift and I could not be happier with the level of excellent, professional, kind and compassionate care she provides.

Poor communication and follow-up, bad experiences both recently and years ago: We recently were in urgent need of care for my father. I called At Home and was told that "there is a big meeting going on right now, but our representative will call you as soon as it is over." It was at the end of the day, but they seemed earnest despite the hour. No call, and I didn't think much of it. The next day things synced up, and the rep came to do an in-home assessment. She promised to get back to us that day or the next with their availability and proposals. We didn't hear anything, so at the end of the next day I called, left a message with a receptionist, and was promised a rapid return call. No call. I called again the next day in the morning and went through the exact same thing - still no call. After the weekend, I finally received a message but there was no apology or even acknowledgement that I had called, or that it was many days later. Since this was the person who told us she would be the one in touch with us to give us eyes and ears with my dad when we were back at home, it was obvious that we would not have a conscientious or even responsible communication. I chose another provider who answered all calls within hours. Her caregivers each contacted me immediately upon arriving at my father's house, and again when they completed their shifts. That's more like it! After I had made my decision, my brother-in-law informed me that At Home had provided home care for my mother (Alzheimer's) in their home some years ago. He said that the At Home providers were not always the individuals they promised would be coming, that communication was poor, and that someone additional had come to the house during a caregiver's shift (which is a HIPAA) violation, as well as being unprofessional.
