I can't say enough good things about this Home Instead location. The back office is well-run and responsive. And the caregivers who took care of my mom were all wonderful people. I needed reliability and help at short notice, and they delivered.

Home Instead was very helpful in an emergency care situation that was a last minute call asking for their services. Mo was the caregiver that had the night shift. She was wonderful, respectful and compassionate. We were lucky to have her experience to draw upon. The day shift brought us Kiele and Linda. They were also wonderful, respectful and compassionate. We are grateful to these caregivers that were there when we needed them.

Caregiving for an older relative is a 28 hour per day job, and while it was a privilege and an honor to care for my wife in the last year of her life, I really needed the extra help. I researched over 10 local agencies and settled on Home Instead for the following reasons: - They had EXCELLENT communication. If there was any delay or problem at home or schedule changes, I was notified immediately by the main office. - They worked directly with our long-term insurance company to resolve problems. I was spared the bureaucracy headaches and long waits on hold to process claims. They did everything for me. - Their office staff was easy to work with and was available 24 hours a day to answer questions and resolve problems. - The three caregivers who were assigned to us, Basilia, Rosa, and Connie were extremely trustworthy, loving and caring individuals who took their jobs seriously and did good work caring for my wife which freed me up to manage all the other issues of our lives. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent service. Home Instead was not the cheapest in-home care company we interviewed, but after working with them over many months, I was very happy with their people, their organization, and their quality. Our caregiver Madinah is excellent. She not only handles my personal needs with skill and care, she helps with my physical therapy. She is kind, empathetic, and smart. We have done several projects together such as reorganizing my clothes closet. She is a self-starter who finds chores to do around the house. She has become like a member of our family.
