would give a zero rating if could! 1st day of in home care caught the caregiver stealing on camera! reported her and sent the office videos which they stated yes she had clearly stole something from my parents home but they would not fire her and all they did was say "we are sorry for the inconvenience we will not send her to your home again" Hiring this company was a MAJOR waist of time and money! no thanks to their lack of making things right or even attempting to I will take my money else where and Hire a different company.

My brother (Tom) was diagnosed with Cancer that had spread to his brain. He was given only a few months to live, and he wanted to spend that time at home. Unfortunately, he was at great risk for seizures so he could not be left alone. I contacted the Midwest City location of Visiting Angels and explained my brother's condition. The staff was very responsive. They scheduled an in-home visit quickly and provided several options as to how they could help. We chose to have 24hr./7 days/week in home care for for Tom. The Care team consisted of a Registered Nurse and 2 live in Companions. The Registered Nurse oversaw the work of the Companions, and was the point person with the family. The companions prepared meals for Tom, made sure he remained safe when moving about the house, and riding his stationary bike. They dispensed his medication, and kept us informed of any changes/concerns relating to Tom's condition and care. The Visiting Angels staff also assisted us in obtaining Hospice Care. The staff belonging to the 2 separate agencies communicated with each other on a consistent basis. This communication enabled everyone to be aware of Tom's condition, and kept everyone up to date as to current plan of care. I highly recommend Visiting Angels of Southeast Oklahoma. The people that we worked with were compassionate, skilled and caring. We were provided with clear information as to what to expect, and the details of who to contact when we needed something. Tom was well cared for and our family felt great comfort in knowing he was being taken care of when we could not be there ourselves. Peg Samuelson

Tina is my visiting angel and she comes prepared to dive right in and give me invaluable help. My husband is a Vietnam Veteran and almost totally disabled. She knows what to do without being told and from the minute she walks in, she is prepared to help in any way possible. I appreciate the help more than I can say and will always request Visiting Angels due to Tina's loving and compassionate care. She is very careful under these circumstances when she has to cope with the virus as well as her work

We have recently engaged Visiting Angels of SE OKC to provide care 10 hours during the day for our mother after Dad's passing. Mom was lost, confused and needed more social contact. Her health was failing and we were very concerned. We do not live close enough to visit daily - my sister and I take turns seeing Mom on the weekends. Soon after the angels began visiting Mom, she came alive again. She has even learned to use Facebook with the help of the Angels and is now in touch with out of state family. The change has been wonderful and Mom is attached to each of her caregivers. Visiting Angels has been a lifesaver for our family and for Mom. We get updates from the Visiting Angels staff after any visit if there is ever an issue that they feel we would be concerned about. This gives us peace of mind. We highly recommend Visiting Angels. They are extremely caring - from the office staff to each of the caregivers!

We've had Visiting Angels for my grandmother for almost 3 years. She's had the same 2 caregiver's for majority of this time. My grandmother loves both of them like family. We recommend Visiting Angels to anyone that needs home care.
