My family could not be more grateful for our amazing in home care provided by Stephanie with Comfort Keepers. I have not seen my grandmother in such high spirits in ages! The benefits of a routine that Stephanie has provided are amazing. Stephanie brings warmth, knowledge, caring and fun into the home with her! Stephanie plays wonderful games that challenge my grandmas mind to stay active and gets her on the bike for exercise and at 92 my grandma still has her mobility and that is a huge thanks to the routine Steph provides. She stays on top of hygiene, diet, exercise, and education for us on how best to care for grandma! And as if that was not enough Steph helped my grandmas make some homemade Christmas ornaments to give the family as gifts and it is the best keepsake! The joy, care, companionship and support provided has truly blown my mind! Comfort Keepers is the best care agency in the Twin Cities. They are really good about staffing, have 24 hour availability if there are issues, and have many really skilled, caring caregivers. They are even having a Senior (pun intended) Prom. Can't say enough about this wonderful agency. Margaret Green

My experience with Comfort Keepers has absolutely exceeded my expectations. The office staff is excellent. It's easy to tell how much they truly care about my needs. Scheduling is flexible, which is important to me because I only need help for eight hours a week. My caregiver is amazing. She always has a cheerful disposition and it's easy to see she has a desire to help people in many different ways. I had two joint replacement surgeries and the care I received afterward was professional and compassionate. I was able to request extra hours for a few weeks, then go back to my regular schedule. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone who needs some extra help for themselves or a loved one.

Excellent caregiving for my father who was in hospice care. His number one priority was to be in his own home and partnering with Comfort Keepers allowed him to be at home while giving all of us in our family peace of mind that he was safe and being well cared for during his illness. I came to view the Comfort Keepers caregivers as an extension of our family. They were a group of very special people who helped us through a very challenging time. We contacted Comfort Keepers prior to bringing my mom with Alzheimer's back from living in a memory care in another state, with her husband. They were attentive to the needs and concerns we had, and were willing to help make dad feel cared for too, even though he wasn't a client at first. They set about working with us, to get a care schedule that fit our needs, and eventually a team of caregivers was in place. Lori is OUTSTANDING, and always is loving and gentle with mom. They ALL are. When emergency needs come up they worked especially hard to help fill the gap, and if a caregiver is sick they try hard, and often succeed to get a substitute caregiver in place. This stage of life isn't easy.
