My experience with New Wave started very well with the help of Rey( caregiver coordinator)and he continues to be so helpful and caring. I have been with New Wave for over a year now and so pleased with my 4 caregivers( Mila and Alicia in the day and Ruth and Gerlie at night) All of them are thoughtful, courteous, caring, and put my safety and comfort first. I trust them completely. Overall my interactions with the staff at New Wave has been very satisfactory from the scheduling, billing staff( prompt and courteous) to the coordinators, and caregivers.

Ive been and still currently a client with New Wave since 2017. The caregiver they have provided me with are excellent so sweet, caring and lovely to be around. Staffing are very helpful and talk me threw everything. Susan Hadfield the nurse is like a friend to me and always has really good advice. As for the Care coordinators they are always looking out for my best interest.

We used New Wave upon a recommendation from the rehab facility my mom was at after knee replacement surgery. So glad we used them for my mom's ongoing care for Alzheimer's disease. New Wave was easy to work with, caregivers were reliable and kind, office staff very nice and helpful. We gradually stepped up the amount of time we needed care for my mom and New Wave was always able to find caregivers for these added hours. Caregiver absences happen due to vacation, personal, etc. - New Wave was always able to find a substitute to cover that shift. They are quick and flexible in responding. The most important part is the quality of caregivers - we found them to be very good, kind and respectful of the the client and family. Caregivers do a great job of communicating any issues and/or asking questions, with family. I'd highly recommend New Wave!

I’m so grateful for this home health team, especially Jolynn. She treated my loved one with genuine kindness and patience, always making sure we understood everything. Her support made a stressful time so much easier. I highly recommend this agency for anyone needing truly compassionate care.

New Wave Home Care provided caregivers for my mother during the last 12 years of her life. At first, they provided companion care on a part-time basis, and eventually Mom needed round the clock care. I highly recommend them for many reasons. Often New Wave caregivers would remain for many months, if not for years. We had several that remained for 4-5 years, because they were truly caring and they kept Mom safe and healthy. When we needed to change caregivers, due to Mom's changing condition or because we felt they were not a good fit, New Wave responded and worked with us to get a good caregiver. The office staff provides Care Coordinators, an RN, billing assistance, and more. The owner, Sam Gopinathan, is very involved in the day to day running of the business and maintaining the quality of the care for clients. I recommend working with an agency for many reasons: they find a replacement if a regular caregiver calls out due to illness or vacation, they handle the payment including taxes, etc., they handle hiring, firing, and vetting caregivers, and they supported our family as we navigated Mom's changing condition.
