Angels on Call took care of my mom during a really difficult time, and I can honestly say I’ve never been more grateful for a service in my life. From the start, every single person we interacted with was kind and incredibly compassionate. They didn’t just “do their job” — they really cared. My mom was treated with so much respect and warmth, and I could see how much it meant to her. It meant a lot to me, too. I never felt out of the loop. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made everything feel manageable. That kind of peace of mind is priceless when you’re trying to make sure someone you love is in good hands. If you’re looking for people who treat your loved ones like their own family, this is the team. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for my mom — and for me.

Michaela from Angels on Homecare has made an incredible difference in our mother’s life. Our mom has dementia and lives in an assisted living facility. The twice a week visits by Michaela have been wonderful - targeted activities and help with daily living by a skilled and compassionate professional have significantly improved our mother’s life. The entire staff at Angels on Call is fabulous. From the billing department, to the nurses, to the companion/homemakers. Having an aging parent decline is very emotional and stressful, especially when you live out of state. My frequent phone calls were always answered and returned. Lauren DeMarco became my go to person and helped our family through a very difficult time. She answered every text and phone call immediately. Joan was also always there to listen and provide assistance as well. When my mom needed to be admitted to a Skilled Care Facility on a weekend, I called and Angels contacted their nurse, Mikayla, who was able to facilitate the admission. We felt like we were not alone during this time because we had support. Jessica and Charlotte are exceptional nurses and their bedside manner with my mom is wonderful. Jane is my mom's caregiver and she has provided my mom with companionship, comfort and kindness. Angels on Call lives up to their name... This is a group of people who actually care about providing the patient AND the family with wonderful emotional support.

I had an opportunity recently to contact Angels on Call on behalf of my mother who is 95. I spoke with Chris who patiently and with compassion answered all of my questions. He followed up quickly with more information. I am so impressed with Chris’s kindness, professionalism and knowledge. It is so refreshing to find someone like Chris.
