My mother needed care and her primary doctor recommended Sincere Home Healthcare Service. We started out just having a few days & few hours of care (Mon- Wed- and Fri). But quickly changed to live-in care. Our caregiver Joyce is amazing, caring, and very attentive. She keeps my mother home immaculately clean. My mother is so comfortable with Joyce in her home. She practically part of the family. I recommend without hesitation that Sincere Home Healthcare service is the best.

My family and I were seeking a home care agency for my grandfather. And was referred to Sincere Home Healthcare Service by a friend. Best decision we’ve made, Wonderful home care service!The nurses are great and very skilled at what they do. They are reliable, friendly, and very caring. The coordinator is very responsive If there’s a question or concerns we always get a call back. Very affordable but they deserve more for what they do. My grandfather looks better, eats better, overall he’s in better care. He loves his home care aide (Diane) she the best. If you are looking for care look no more they are it. Definitely recommend them.

I am a BKA(below, the knee amputation).

I had a right shoulder revision/replacement done in 11/23.
I needed someone to give me a shower and wash my hair.

I asked the visiting nurse if she knew of anyone, and could give me a personal recommendation for a home health aid.
She said yes she did and she passed on my information to Wanda.

I told Wanda what I needed and she said I can do that.
We can do anything you need us to do. We can do your laundry, do your food shopping, or clean whatever you require of us.

Well, let me tell you I hit the jackpot with Wanda Hughes .
She is a wonderful, kind, empathetic, caring woman.

Wanda  also did some laundry for me and every time she came she made sure that all the trash was put out.

If you were looking for a home health agency, I would go no further and

We turned to Sincere when my husband's dementia became too much for me, in my 90s, to cope with.
Dolly, the aide they sent, was a lifesaver. She came five times a week, and worked magic with my husband's contrary behavior.  She was so reliable that she showed up in horrible weather, never let us down.
Sincere's manager checked in regularly to see how we were doing. This became really important to us after Dolly got another assignment that provided more hours.
We had several other aides after that, and only one was unsatisfactory. When we reported this, Sincere renoved her immediately.
As important as providing competent care was, even more so to me was the fact that Sincere made frequent checkups on how it was going. It was very reassuring to know that somebody was looking out for us.

Sincere is a blessing! I needed to get my dad some hands on care fast. He was so stuck in his ways and refused to get help. He recently hurt himself coming out the shower and was laying on the bathroom floor for hours. that’s when he finally realized he needed the help. I live in San Diego, he’s in northeast Philly. I couldn’t care for him from the other side of the states. I called a friend to help me and he told me about a Mother & Daughter who run a home care business. Thanks to the staff and our incredible aide Caroline, My mind is at ease now. My dad is in great hands especially now that we’ve been going through this pandemic. Take a chance on them, you won’t regret making that call.
