The Legacy at Home is a full-service, Jewish-sponsored not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) Medicare-certified home health care agency that serves seniors throughout the Greater Dallas area. We offer comprehensive in-home healthcare and life enhancing services for seniors, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and personal care and private duty services from an experienced team of carefully chosen caregivers who will treat you and your loved one with dignity, respect and compassion. The Legacy at Home and The Legacy Willow Bend – a premier Life Care community in Plano – are affiliated through our parent organization, The Legacy Senior Communities. Home health services include: skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social services and private duty and personal care services.
