Preferred Private Care really came through for my family when it counted. The office explained things simple and clear, no runaround. Calls and texts got answers fast which helped us calm down a lot. The caregiver they arranged showed up on time and kept things steady every day. Paperwork and rates were laid out straight so we knew what was what. I liked that they listened when we asked for certain things and didn’t make it complicated. One afternoon I stopped by the office to sort a schedule change and they fixed it right there at the desk, no fuss. My mom was nervous the first week but the caregiver was patient and kind and didn’t push too hard. Bathing and meals got handled better than we could do alone. Med reminders were consistent and notes were left so we didn’t miss stuff. On tough days they still kept a calm mood in the house which made a difference. When we asked for a small change in timing they found someone who could make it work. Communication between the office and us was not fancy but it worked and that’s what we needed. We also got a quick fill-in when a shift opened up last minute. The whole thing wasn’t perfect but it was solid and dependable. If you need straightforward help at home, this crew did the job for us.

I cannot express enough how wonderful preferred private care staff has been since we started up with them. We have used so many other companies for my mom who has Alzheimer’s and needs special care. NO OTHER company can compare to Preferred private care. None of the other companies were able to find a good match for my mom. Some of the other companies were so rude and just didn’t care. Preferred private care staff have been so helpful, kind and professional. The companion we currently have Diana is such a perfect match for my mom.. really the whole family we all love her so much.
