"Was treated very rudely by someone named Shasti or something unusual like that. She was argumentative and unprofessional, using a sing-songy talking down to me. She did not want to listen or understand my situation and said "All I need to know is if you want service today or not!" I tried telling her it's not about her it's about the patient. I told her I had an appointment at 9am last week why can't I have another specific time appointment, instead of a 4 hour window. I never asked to speak to this person and when I asked for her supervisor she said "That's me" and hung up on me. I called back, again asking for a supervisor and she said "All I need to know is do you want us to come out, since you can't figure out how to work your machine." Suddenly a day I didn't feel well and just wanted to confirm my appointment with them turned into this nuclear conflict of this person laughing and speaking to me as though I am an idiot. She is the one uninformed. It may be all she needed was to know if I wanted the machine to be serviced, now I will be moving my O2 script to another company and they can pick up their equipment at my convenience. She seemed completely oblivious that certain patients have protection under the law, Americans with Disabilities Act, and she violated my rights to do business, obtain healthcare and have a manner of recourse within the company to address these issues -"
