Home Care by Benchmark, Inc. is a private custodial home care agency that is registered with The California Department of Social Services HCO# 364700016. We specialize in hands-on care and support for those who need assistance with the activities of daily living. Our passion and strength is providing excellent care by assisting our clients to remain as independent as possible in the comfort of their homes. Some of our clients include those recovering from acute injury or illness, those with chronic illness or disease, pediatrics, elderly, and those diagnosed with a life limiting disease process. Combined, the office staff at Home Care by Benchmark, Inc. has over fifty years of experience in the private home health industry. Benchmark works and communicates well with all disciplines of the healthcare team to insure a smooth transition from acute care to home. We offer complimentary in-home assessments with our Nursing staff. Our employees are surety bonded, liability insured and covered by Worker’s Compensation. Our employees have been criminally screened through DOJ/FBI and medically cleared to work in a client’s home. We only hire experienced CNA’s, CHHA’s and Home Care Aides. Our employees are NOT independent contractors. We have a four-hour minimum and our services include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry/linen change, errands and transportation and companionship to end of life care.
