"I am very displeased. My brother is totally relying on the Infusion Unit due to J-Tube. My brother has a Corum Infusion Unit. It has had to be replaced twice in 10 days. This last time on April 24 it will not prime itself Code 22 and Code 33 show on the unit. New food in the bag appears not to prime. Thus the Codes. There was no one at any of the distribution warehouse centers or at the emergency phone numbers he tried to call starting at 6:30 pm on the 24th or today. The emergency dietician was called and she had no numbers in which she could reach anyone. Your emergency system has failed. We called Angela our contact here. Will not hear from her as it is the weekend. He had been without food for 25 hours the first time this occurred. This time it has been 22 hours with out food due to no working unit. He finally received a phone call from Christen in Tennessee about 2 hours ago. Michael Crab in Redman warehouse is looking for a driver to bring the unit to Olympia which is 53 miles away. So far no action. No response. Very poor service "
