Helping Hearts Foundation is an IRS recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was created to help those in need of everyday living assistance.
Helping Hearts Foundation is more than a Sacramento care provider, non-profit agency and advocate; we are also a family. From the smallest needs to life-changing events, every person that comes to us receives the compassion, understanding and support that we show all our family members. We believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and has the right to clean, comfortable, safe living environments with a fulfilling quality of life. That is our mission and we continue to advance it today.
Our team of healthcare providers, social service advocates, residence managers and many more work towards the common goal of providing everyday living assistance to the elderly, disabled, sick, injured and homeless that has fallen through support networks and safety nets. We understand many have nowhere to turn when illness or disaster strike, and we are the friends and neighbors they can rely on. Our in-home care services, assisted living programs, pharmacy resources and care residences accommodate individuals in any situation and provide the care they need and deserve.
Learn more about our team, services, residents and network online, or give us a call for more information. While we have housing in Sacramento, we do provide our other services in the surrounding counties of Northern California. If you or someone you know is in need of our help, please let us know.

What a joke! I was on the verge of eviction as a result of job loss and this place was offering me rentals (literally) more expensive than where I was living. I was currently paying $1,750 for a two bedroom apartment in Sacramento (average rate) and he offered me $1,500 for a room!? Not a one bedroom apartment, a single room. 😂Then, the very condescending person I was dealing with simply said, “Well, if it’s too much, then just don’t get evicted.” Rude, condescending, arrogant and just out to take advantage of people at their lowest point.
Helping hearts foundation is a great place to live, they are very great people to rent from, very careing, and understandable, they try their best to meet your needs!!!all those negative reviews are all fake, they speak because either they didn't pay,or they were doing something bad, because ji..y is a great guy,he works with you in every way he can,I know I live there!!!he has never cheated anybody,!!!
Added to my " favorite shop stops" when in the Port Huron area. Friendly owners and amazing deals. Vintage houseware items, clothing, dvds, and other items priced crazy low for the quality. Stop by often to see what has been added. A portion of the sales go to help abused children- love that. Cash or checks only -no credit or debit cards.
Can't say enough about all the people who have worked so hard to make this organization amazing! Thank you to all of the behind the scene staff who do not get recognized by the public.
Horrible management. If they cant make it as scheduled, you won't know it until your loved one has been alone for hours. No one seems to take no-shows serious. We have experienced 6 no shows in the last few weeks .
