AALL Care was an excellent choice for us when we needed 24-hour care for our mother.  We had her regular caregiver M-F, but as her dementia escalated, we needed nights and full weekend care.  I called AALL Care and 3 other services.  I decided quickly that AALL Care was the best for our situation.  They were very accommodating, they provided the same people for the same shifts whenever possible, and we were able to get to know them and trust them.  We were always provided a schedule of who would be there.  There was excellent communication, anytime I called, I received an immediate response.  Highly recommend!

Pat Moore and the AALL Care team have a great reputation; they follow up quickly and are very compassionate; they work diligently to find caregivers that are the right fit.  They can assist people who qualify with the VA Homemaker program and also work with Southern Caregiver Resource Center. They did an excellent information visit and assessment with several of my patients. They also provide great community education about their programs. They offer a great service.

I used AallCare for 7 years for my mother, and now over a year for my husband. The caregivers are well trained and caring with my husband, who has dementia and can be very difficult. I am learning from them how to handle him. We have regular caregivers from week to week, and AallCare always makes sure there is coverage if a caregiver can't make it.
