For over 20 years and two generations, our family has been blessed with the support of Compassionate Community Care. For the last 4 years they have been caring for Mom, and the care has been wonderful. Her daily caregiver is more than just a helper; she's a trusted companion. From assistance with personal care like bathing and dressing to managing household duties, preparing meals, and ensuring medications are taken on time, the support is comprehensive. They provide escorts to all her appointments and, most importantly, offer a level of companionship and attention that has left her feeling happy, safe, and, in her own words, "spoiled" with excellent care. What truly resonates with us is the genuine compassion of their staff. Recently, Dad had to go to the ER. Even though he is not technically their client and her shift was over, Mom’s caregiver went to the hospital with him to offer support. This act of kindness went far beyond any job description and shows the incredible heart of this organization. Personally, having them care for my parents provides me with incredible peace of mind. I travel frequently for work, and I can leave knowing my family is in the best hands. Returning to a calm, functional home each time is a testament to the seamless and thorough care they provide. Twenty years ago, they provided the same level of reliable and tender care for grandma. All these years they have provided consistent and unwavering dedication, a testament to their excellence. I cannot recommend Compassionate Community Care highly enough. They provide not just a service, but true peace of mind.

CCC stepped in during a crisis, and provided stability, calm in the storm, and most importantly excellent, consistent care for my client. As a professional, who serves vulnerable populations, in home caregiving is critical to make the difference whether someone can remain safely in their home, or not. Excellent communication and care. My dad was getting released from rehab, and we needed care for most of the day for about two weeks as he transitioned home. CC was recommended by the rehab facility he was admitted in. I was put in touch with Cho, the care director, who met with us in person, interviewed us for our needs and preferences and arranged all of the care we needed. She was always available and very responsive for requests or if any issues came up. Our caretakers were professional, courteous and always helpful, and they made the transition for my dad (and me!) smooth. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you have a situation where you need to arrange short term care on short notice like we did.

They have a terrible manager whom intentionally uses their clients as a training tool instead of sending the caregivers already trained to work with them, cares nothing about meeting their needs, makes clients miss important meds that are scheduled for the same time everyday, lies to their clients so they can change their schedule around to suit their needs instead of the clients. Don't trust this company whatsoever they will let you down and make your life miserable.

CCC is a private in home service agency. They have fully trained nurses, caregivers and have different languages workers. My girlfriend’s mom having a tiny stroke, with CCC workers help; she recovered very well! I highly recommended the agency for in-home service help. 👍
