I hope my review will reach and help other people. J&M has been an Instrumental Help in this journey my family has been on. My daughter was hit by a car going about 50 miles an hr and obtained Sever Brain Trauma. We had other Homehealth Care Services that faded out and honestly left us feeling glad that they did. J&M Homecare Services is in a league of there own. From the very beginning they cared about matching my daughter with the right caregivers. They offered us Care Manager Services as well. I Strongly Recommend that you say, "Yes," to this help. "Krista," is our Care Manager. I really Can't say enough about her. She is absolutely Wonderful. She is someone who Truely cares about helping people. She Goes Above and Beyond. She has Connected us with Vital Resources, Made Referrals and has been there as a Genuinely, Caring, Knowledgeable, Advocating Person. J&M is Blessed to have her. Martha pronounced (Marta) I Really Appreciate You. She absolutely goes Above & Beyond, Thank You So Much. She works Hard to not only schedule Resprite Caregivers for special days that you might need but she listens and has truly cared about matching my daughter with Caregivers that would be a good match for my daughter's unique difficulties & challenges. We have regular set days a week with Resprite Caregivers as well as occasional special days that we have to request in advance. It took a moment to get a Resprite Caregiver for my daughter, the best match for her. Martha's confidence in her team of Caregivers & knowledge of their strengths and listening to concerns gave us the help we needed. "Mary," you Have a Special Place in our Heart. Mary, is our daughter's regular Resprite Caregiver. We Appreciate...You so much for the Loving, Patient, Understanding Care you enrich my daughter's life with. I don't know if you are aware of the positive impact you have had on my daughter's life and recovery. Mary took the time to get to know my daughter and was not intimidated by my daughter's outburst & resistance that diminish after we depart. From the moment she enters our home you can feel the Love, Acceptance, Understanding and Genuine care she has for my daughter, Jasmine. "Thank You Mary." 😇. Recently a long time friend had a stroke that left him unable to speek clearly, a truely terrible disability. So much of our interation with medical services revolve around speech. Their first interaction with Medical etc. services started out well but soon stoped as they didn't get the fact that they could not speek or use dominate hand for texting etc. They were soon droped from all services. It was only when I called the local clinic and complined about the problem that the contracted J& M services. Our first meetin was a delight, Krista was very open to means of communicating with a speech imparied person and came up with a great plan. We no await an appointment with a primary care physiciahn to order the services that have been recommended by J&M services. Thank-you so much.
