We were glad we could engage Synergy HomeCare to help with my husband who has Alzheimer's while visiting our daughter in Seattle. Olga assessed him over the phone, and knew what details to ask in order to make a care plan for him.

Loise, the caregiver, was excellent - calm and caring, good sense of humor, and knew how to meet the needs of her client even though she had just met him. Her flexibility to move beyond the set plan to meet his needs that day were much appreciated.

When we return to Seattle for another visit, we will be contacting Olga again.

Synergy home care is my number one choice for adult in-home care. Olga is extremely knowledgeable about home care and even helped us make the transition into social care. Rates are very reasonable as well. Kelvin was who we mainly worked with in home and he was also extremely attentive to every need and very helpful overall. He also was a very good cook. I would definitely highly recommend working with synergy.

We recently needed help with my mother, whose health has been rapidly declining, while we made the transition from assisted living to long-term care. The staff at my mom's residence gave me contact info for Synergy HomeCare. I contacted them and they made themselves available for an appointment the next morning, scheduling caregivers for the times we needed them right away and being responsive to our changing needs. I was very satisfied with their level of communication, respect, and prompt answers to queries. Nothing but good things to say about our experience.

My 85 year-old  partner is a stroke survivor, wheelchair bound and has a urinary catheter.  His care needs include wheelchair transfers, toileting and peri-care, etc.  They are more complicated and challenging than for the typical client.  Synergy HomeCare has been a godsend when I needed time away for medical procedures for myself for a day and even for overnight stays, or just time "off to visit family.  The caregivers have all been well trained and up to the more demanding tasks. They also handle the more mundane in-home care needs such as meals, etc. reliably and professionally.  I can leave the house knowing he is well cared for and that any unforeseen problems will be handled with good judgment, experience and patience.
