Aspire home health is not reliable nor dependable. They had my grandmother without care for over 24 hours. When I called they said they were trying to find a HHA. When the a Hha does come the stay for a couple hours and leave. The lack of care during scheduled work hours are unprofessional. The HHA leaves without my grandmother being cleaned. It's been times I come over and visit with no aid there when it should be and clean up soiled linen and find out she didn't eat or take her meds.
