I had the opportunity to meet the ladies in the office and the owner and as much as I would like to say the pleasure was great they were all nice listening to them on the phone you would have thought yes they were rude,but they were very courteous and polite,they do need to visit the clients so they will know it's not just the aide cause some clients will give you hell and if they have to change aides more than 5 in a year it's a problem with the client but overall the staff was nice to me and so was the owner Ms Catherine.

Bad customer service and lack of communication. Nicole has no type of customer service skills and is a bad look to women of color in business. The rudeness of first meeting her was terrible would not let us in the business did not greet me as a professional person. Shegave me attitude from opening the and took my time card and just attitude the whole of the visit of five minutes that would unsettling. I will go to a company that appreciate their employees and have vaules and work ethics of their business and respect of helping others in the nursing field.

Catherine is the only one I deal with... She's hard to understand because of her thick accent but she's kool...As for the rest I DNT deal...Rude ,nasty attitude & very disrespectful.. Especially Catherine daughter "O My"...... Somethings are better lefted unsaid 🤐

You cannot go wrong when choosing them to care for your loved ones.

Nothing wrong with the caretakers, but the people running this company are on a WHOLE-nother level of disorganized. Like, wow 🙄
