This agency takes care of my father-in-law. The service is very professional and efficient. During the year of service they have proven to be a reliable, honest and highly experienced company. They have been outstanding with their service, especially in those small details that make the difference. The staff in charge of my father-in-law is the best.

This agency is is perfect for the care of my mother. The staff are so professional, and always available. Additionally, it is especially nice to speak to friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for care of their family member.

My mother has been with this company's for 2 years . As her POA I was informed by aid she had family business to attend n will b leaving . I was so sad but life goes on . So I decided to use care givers of america for replacement. This company pays there workers gives vacation pay and healtht ins the pay rate just say is much more then this company's . I really didnt have a issue with them until I switched company s. When I called geraldine to inform her cuz the case worker did not do it due to her vacation I first got greeted with . oh I SHOUlDNT of done its like this if COUlD of put some one there for your. God is good Im not losing my company like others my company is not one that's closing . First off very unprofessional second off had nothing to do with my mother I didnt wanna use ur company . ppl b4 u call them there are plenty of company's to use.This company is being investigated by the labor board . I myself have recieved phone calls asking questions about workers n theyre time here. From what I was told. they are under investigation for overtime not being paid amongst oTher things. This is public knowledge so call Medicaid medicare cosumer affairs n labor board n do ur investigation u will see .... She was asked to leave one then 13th . my aid asked to stay and I switched dates for medical reason the author was till the 29th if dec and she refused to honor it and we all came to the conclusion she was being spiteful .when u have a issue n ur provider doesn't fulfill her auth on denies care not only they hurting the pt but the worker...who was able n wanted to stay . when this happenes u call general attorney u call health advocated n u do what u feel its right . IM SO GLAD CARE CARE OF AMERICA WILL B WORKING WITH US. Now the company unprofessional came to home with 2 men n her self. Real classy also wants respond that they are sorry ppl listen goggle this women n her sons ull b amazed WHST u find and for me i got a great gurlar from attorney for class action lawsuits named Rachel n god sent her .i no longer have to he

My home nurse is Geraldine Aname, from Dongy. She is great, on time, very professional and most of all very polite.I found her to be very knowledgeable about my case even before her first visit.not only that, when she does blood work , she stays on top of it. Always ask if you have any questions, she really knows how to put your mind at rest. She makes sure you know how to do the things you need to do, and will observe,to make you can do it correctly. I am honored to have encountered this amazing Homecare Agency. My husband has a chronic cardiac condition and other severe medical conditions. He was hospitalized recently which required emergency assistance due to his heart failure. As a wife, I was very worried and concerned. The doctors at St. Lukes Hospital were exceptional in taking care of him. Not only did God use the medical team to take care of my spouse, they also referred my husband to Dongy Home Care. I am his primary caretaker at home, buy my husband needed professional assistance and someone knowledgeable in the medical field to every so often take his vital signs and check on his well being while I am at work. We made the phone call and reached out! We came across Geraldine who is my Husband's personal Nurse now. She comes to visit check and monitor constantly and calls to make sure he is doing well and is following thru on his medications. She is exceptional, friendly, professional and very serious about her work. I thank God for giving us the privilege in working with Geraldine. I can rest assure that my husband is in good hands.
