Not only Caregivers, but all UMRI’s Employees including Office Staff go through the same on board process, all have many hours of very specific training such as: Health & Safety, Infection Control, Company policies, CPR & First Aide Training, all have been cleared through CDSS to work as a Caregiver in the State of CA.
