Amada Senior Care of Rhode Island

We needed a CNA to care for my 96 year old mother 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. Sheri of Amada Senior Care came and explained everything clearly and professionally, and the CNA assigned to us, Aaron, was wonderful. We cannot say enough great things about him and the care my mother received. He went out of his way to be sure she was always happy and comfortable. I highly recommend Amada and Aaron.

I was very satisfied with the response and personnel which Amada Senior Care provided for my family member who required a stay in a nursing home for rehabilitation from an injury. I was very nervous about the process of placing someone in the homes of my two elderly aunts, ages 100 and 104. In addition to my own concerns, my aunts were not open to the idea of having a ‘stranger’ in their home, initially, despite desperately needing assistance at home with daily living. From the moment I met Sheri Kennedy she put my concerns at ease, not only was she extremely professional, she is a warm and compassionate. it’s clear she enjoys what she does and genuinely cares about her clients. Sheri approaches her work with what seems like an effortless abundance of enthusiasm. She met with my family several times to determine my aunts’ specific needs and address (all) of my concerns, she also met with my aunts to get to know them to determine who might be the right fit. This made all the difference. Overall, I had an extremely positive experience with Amada Senior Care and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking in-home care for a friend or loved one.

Amada Senior Care made the difference between my mom going to a nursing home, or staying in her home. I feel the aids that tend to my mother were hand-picked just for her. Everything about Amada, from their aids, to their administration, has been terrific.
