I am so blessed to have this agency care for my grandmother. The staff, management, nurses and most importantly the aides that care for my grandma are like family to us! Anytime we need anything all we have to do is call and they do whatever we need. The entire company goes the extra mile just to comfort their patients. Extremely competent care is provided by everyone :)

Guess I will be the next one giving one star to this company, not sure if the other 24 stars are from employees pretending to be patients. It is a misfortune that the other one star had issue with HHA without her consent or spouse showing up to front door with employee, a total NO NO. It does not seem to surprise me that few if any have any concept of patients daily needs even when told. They sit around and literally do nothing. We had to change agencies for numerous reasons, did nothing, fall asleep on the job but what actually broke the camels back was when she asked my Grandmother not for money , oh no not that... HHA actually asked Grandmother to place deed under her name. It is sad, pathetic, unlawful and agency should be looked for review from the Federal Gov. as State Gov. does nothing until its too late. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////Your response is as basis auto response as they can get, guess you missed the point, not about being perfect .. the fact that one of your employees did what was done to my grandmother and your response , your last name does not register is a dumb, unprofessional and embarrassing to your company ..Did it ever cross your mind if you have one . . . Maternal Grandmother... guys careful with this agency and loved ones.

I’ve very thankful for the staff the works there. Every time I call in regards to my aunt they are extremely kind and helpful. The patient coordinating department always go the extra mile to make sure our family is happy. I’m very blessed to have found this agency and I highly recommend them.

My granma is receiving home health services with this agency, Im very bless to have them, the caregivers they have are very professional, responsable, and very sweet. The office staff are always available to help you and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the services. If you are looking for a caring and nice agency to take care of you love ones I highly recommend this Home Health Agency.

This is one of the worst agencies we have dealt with in Palm Beach County. The standing order was written for services by a CNA, certified nurse assistant. However, the majority of the aides that were sent were HHAs, Home Health Care Aides. We did not know this was happening until we started asking for their licenses. The agency had not asked for our consent to send HHAs in place of CNAs. Most of the HHAs that came spoke very little English and had limited experience in the health care field. Some of them did not show up for work or came late (1+ hours late). One HHA showed up with her spouse (?) at our front door with our family member's information on his cell phone. This is in direct violation of HIPAA Privacy Rights. The care was very inconsistent and unreliable.
