They deserve a ZERO. This agency is irresponsible. They do not pay their Aides putting the elderly clients at risk and leaving them without coverage. My elderly mom was a client for many months with a loving skilled caregiver. But, she had to stop working because Mazaltov was simply stringing her along for over 6 weeks without pay. Multiple times throughout the months she cared for my mom. So the Aide could no longer afford to provide care, had no money for gas or for public transportation. This agency should be ashamed. DO NOT USE this agency! Illegally withholding pay to the cargivers for hours worked. I rarely post negative experiences, but I ethically have to because my elderly mother used to be their client. We lost a good caregiver because of the POORLY managed unresponsive agency. The agency is Mazaltov Home Health Agency.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE this agency to care for your loved ones. Because of their poor business practices, they caused me to lose a very good skilled caregiver. They DO NOT pay their workers, give them bad checks resulting in multiple overdraft charges to the worker, they do not sign checks, etc. Even when I called to express my dissatisfaction to them about their business practices and what they were doing was wrong, they just brushed it off. I will be reporting them to the state as they need to be SHUT DOWN. My former caregiver still has not gotten paid as of the writing of this review. They owe her about 4 months of pay. THIS AGENCY IS DISGUSTING!
