Was promised 21 hours a week and got11 with more than  2 sitting.  Still no or showing up   as I said before the communication stinks   Good thing neighbors cared more than this company.  Yeah they lose time but I lose much needed service.  Therè is a reason I want daily chores done I have heard too often I will do it tomorrow.  Tomorrow never comes   The people doing meal prep need to learn how to use a strainer instead of a tablespoon and follow directions   U got 3 layers of skin scalded due to not using a strainer.  I don't know what training they received but common sense should come in to play.  Sitting for 2 hours with work to be done is not the answer.

The communication is terrible.   As a client I should be notified if someone is off or replaced    as a stroke victim I don't talk or hear very well.   I sat outside in the  heat to let someone in who wasn't coming.   I called the company to leave a message    Never received a call back  or anything I would hope that many veterans receive better treatment than I am getting

Urine drug screening: Do not arrive after 4 PM and expect to necessarily receive service. Wood River location posts a sign and maintains that they close at 5 PM. I live 45 minutes away, work 37 minutes away, and was referred specifically to this location because their hours catered to my work schedule. I was served on two separate occasions after 4:30 PM in the fall of 2024. On 11/26/2024, I was denied service because "she stops doing drops at 4:30,". I was then lied to and told that this is protocol, this is what they've always done, and that "they usually stop at 4,". I stepped outside to call my caseworker to inform her of the recent development. I watched a lady walk in not five minutes later, saw them take her to the back for testing, and the woman in the front locked the door after her so I could not come in to protest. No contact phone number posted for Wood River location that does not redirect to corporate.

Your need to teach your workers some courtesy for others. They are the rudest most petty people I have ever met in my life. Very disrespectful, and I wouldn't want your company taking care if my worst enemy. Shame on you.

Amanda never returned any calls and Crystal L is rude. This office is behind on paying mileage and makes up their own rules as they go along. They will tell you they have plenty of clients not most of them are nasty have roaches and bed bugs.
