I can't say enough about how pleased our family was with Monica's care for my dad. She was always very conscientious and seemed genuinely concerned for my dad's well being. She would go above and beyond doing extra things like making floral arrangements for my dad to give to me for my birthday or texting me with ideas or concerns for my dad. I guess in a word, Monica is lust caring, so much so that she has already visited my dad "off the clock" in his retirement community! Shout out to Frieda and her team for sending a few different caregivers for my dad to find the right fit for him. He can be a tough customer! 😜

Freda is more than just an exceptional business owner, running a top tier home care agency. She has a personal interest in her clients, their well-being and always available to help in any way needed. She has come to my rescue with last minute caregivers for my mother on several occasions when schedules have changed. She is always available, always answers messages immediately, and works to find solutions any time it is needed.
