Partners in Care
Partners in Care
Partners in Care is a Medicare-certified hospice provider serving Bend, Oregon and surrounding areas. A Medicare-certified hospice provides comfort care and support services to patients with terminal illnesses and their families. Hospice care focuses on quality of life rather than curative treatment.
Hospice care is available to patients whose physician certifies they have a terminal illness with a life expectancy of six months or less if the illness runs its normal course. Patients may receive hospice care at home, in a hospice facility, nursing home, or hospital.
Medicare-certified hospices must provide all four levels of hospice care: routine home care, continuous home care for periods of crisis, general inpatient care for symptom management, and inpatient respite care to give caregivers a break. Care is provided by an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and trained volunteers.
Medicare covers hospice services with no cost to patients for most services, including medications for symptom control, medical equipment, and 24-hour access to care. For more information about hospice benefits, visit Medicare.gov. Compare hospice providers at Medicare Care Compare.
Quality data and provider information are updated periodically by CMS. We recommend verifying current information at Medicare Care Compare.

Nurses are angels here. Took care of a family member. Can not be more grateful. Reading these reviews most feel the same way. I pity those others that are bitter and take it out on this organization. Shame on you. These nurses do everything possible to comfort the patient and family in the most difficult time. I don't know how to thank them, I will never be able to. I want them to know I appreciate them and please disregard the morons who have nothing better to do but disparage. You all are truly phenomenal.
Our family would like to personally thank Partners in Care. Amber, our primary nurse was so lovely. Her professionalism, compassion and calming presence made such a huge difference. It was very evident that she really wanted to honor my Dad the same way we all did as his family. Her colleague Sam was also so helpful the one time he stopped by. Hospice and end of life of course is emotionally hard but it also has the potential to be so beautiful too. We are forever grateful for the way your team lead our family.
This place is AMAZING. They were quick to get my grandmother's pain under control when she came in, and ensured it remained that way until she passed. The staff cared for not only the patient, but the family as well. They were very good about calling and informing us about what was going on if we weren't there visiting. Facility is nice, and rooms are good size. Highly recommend.
This hospice house is amazing, they are caring, kind and so helpful. Everyone is informed of the circumstances of your situation so you don’t have to repeat yourself. They are taking exceptional care of our mother and have been able to relieve her pain so she can cross over in comfort. They take care of your loved one so you can focus on them as a family member and not being their caregiver. We appreciate everyone so much. Our family will be forever grateful!
I could not have been more pleased with the loving, tender care and concern that my dad "Cowboy Joe" received in Prineville from his hospice nurses Kim and Angel. From the moment I met them they made me feel completely confident that they didn't just care about him, but cared about the family and were so good to keep us posted on his ongoing care, whether we were in the room with him or telephoning us on the road or at home. I will forever be grateful to each of them and those, like Carla, offering bereavement counseling after dad had passed. I would highly recommend these "angels of mercy" to anyone who is concerned about their loved ones end-of-life care.
