Active Hospice Care

I would like to thank Active Hospices for taking care of my niece. Aram and his team are amazing and easy to reach Aram was txt me constantly as my nieces was transfer from AZ to CA. I work in a nursing home but this was the first time for me having to help my family with hospices he was helping me guiding me and constantly was informing me. The most important was to make my love one feel comfortable, which is what my sister was looking for as she had to experience our mothers and other family death so she wanted for her daughter a peaceful and comfortable death for her. It is hard to think and to understand how much they help you with your needs and there main focus was our needs for our loved one so that help with the stress. I felt like they listened to our needs and reach out by txt and email I appreciate and respect their job and how professional and caring they where with our family.

I want to sincerely thank the entire team at Active Hospice Care for the incredible support and compassion they showed my grandpa during his final days. Everyone was so attentive, respectful, and kind—it truly brought comfort to our whole family. I especially want to recognize Aram for going above and beyond. His warmth, patience, and professionalism made a difficult time a little easier. We are deeply grateful for everything you did for our grandpa and for us.

Active Hospice embodies true compassion, providing unwavering dedication to their patients, comfort, and dignity. Their support and care are nothing short of exceptional, and I am deeply grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and support they provided for me and my family.

I want to greatly thank all the staff at Active Hospice for the excellent service they provided to my father, Mr. Jorge Luis Castillo until the day he passed away. They made him feel very comfortable and at peace every day. The people who work here are very professional, kind and very sensitive to the pain we felt when we saw my father leave this world. I especially thank Sandra, Elizabeth, Rosa and many other people. Believe me, I recommend them 1000%. Thank you all for everything. May God bless you with good health and work always. 🙏🥹 Att. I just wanted say that Active Hospice has been a God sent to me and my family. Eric was the one that called me back and worked his magic on getting Mom on Hospice care. We called another company but they didn’t even want to help my Mom out, but Eric did from Active. He took care of everything. My Mom wanted to pass in her home so we brought her back to her home from the hospital. She passed in two weeks after coming home. Diane the supervisor nurse was very professional and helpful. Heather came to sponge bath my Mom and she is a sweetheart. Very kind and a professional. Thank you to all the other nurses that came. My Mom’s caregiver couldn’t remember the rest of their name.
