PRUITTHEALTH HOSPICE-CALHOUN

My family member was very well cared for by this hospice team. We never regretted choosing this company for our hospice needs. All staff treated us as family, even the office staff! The nurses and cna’s were so loving and caring and never rushed through their visits. They always put the patient’s needs first!

Pruitt Hospice was fantastic. We couldn’t ask for a more loving group of nurses, C&As, social services, and pastor. Our mother was placed in hospice in late April and Pruitt Hospice immediately started services and assisted us in our mother’s needs. They provided all equipment needed to make her and our life easier while she started her journey to her heavenly home. Mattison was our first nurse that came to meet us and our mother. She was compassionate, patient, and answered all our questions and our mother’s too. We really felt like she understood what we were going through, because our mother had Alzheimer’s she was extra patient with her and us. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Kimberly, Kimberly Tu, Michelle, Angie, and Tracy as our hospice nurses. They all were AMAZING. They treated us like family and our mom would light up when they came to visit. She felt like she had personal doctors checking on her which made her feel very important. LOL! Our C&As were Destiny and Melissa. What angels! They are respectful and patient. They always spoke to our mother and never forced her to do anything she didn’t want to do. Susan, our social worker, was so helpful, informative with bereavement counseling, and anything we felt was needed, such as a handicap placard. She continues to be a sounding board for us if we need it. Pastor Greg Hall came to speak to our mother and had a wonderful discussion with her and my sister. Later he recommended a Catholic priest to stay inline with our mom’s faith for her passage of rights. Finally Father Kevin came and blessed our mom while we all prayed for her peaceful passing. It was absolutely beautiful. Tracy, our hospice nurse was present and so respectful and compassionate. We really couldn’t have done this without them. Our mother never suffered and she went surrounded by Love.

All the staff that has come to our home has been exceptionally great. My parents are both patients, but, they treat me as if I am one too. They make sure all our needs are cared for. Tiffany has become more like family. Kim goes out of her way to see to our needs. Gregg has the most caring heart I think I have met. Pruitt's has a great , compassionate staff. Thank you all. Also Teresa makes everything about us special, birthday or any day. If you need Love and care then you need Pruitt's. Jinna ,Joey, Cathy all of them are there for you.

I have hospice with Pruitt, I have the best. My nurse Tiffany is my friend and takes good care of me and I have a bath person Melissa and I love her. Ronnie and Greg pray with me. I recommend pruitt

Over the years, I have had several different services and agencies that have worked with me. However, this office and their staff truly stand out. They go above and beyond for me! Everyone that I’ve met so far has been so sweet and kind, and I always feel taken care of. I truly appreciate everyone that has and is caring for me, but I did want to express my love for my CNA Destiney, and my amazing nurses, Angie, and Cole.
