I really love Wesley Halsey great provider I highly recommend him. Excellent staff very friendly, nice, and always got me right. I love the Phoenix Home Care family.
Worst company to work for. Company has no communication skills. Company requires state and OSHA evaluations. Company does not care about it's clients.
I used to feel somewhat good about their caregivers but not anymore. This latest caregiver at Village Meadows is a problem. She has accused me of things and is bent out of shape. She needs help even the woman that she is working for agrees.
Caregivers do not show up. Paid upfront for 4 visits and nobody ever showed up. This has happened to multiple clients. This place is a SCAM
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice has been a great place to work! I love the company values and the mission. They treat their employees with respect and appreciation.
