Sacred Journey Hospice

Love their attentiveness, it's great, but I hate the fact that any signature is allowed. Yes, family is family, but when a spouse chooses someone to help them care for the dying and no one else...IT SHOULD BE DONE!!!! And do not talk to no else even if their have damn experience with hospice!!

Sacred Journey worked with my family for just over a year. The compassion and care they gave helped us make the most of the time we had with our loved one. They even encouraged us to travel when we could and made sure that we had access to hospice care (if needed) while we were out of town.I cannot imagine a better experience for this unique kind of goodbye. They wrapped the entire family, even those living out of state, in their care. I hope I never have to use hospice services ever again, but if I do Sacred Journey will be my first choice z

Back in July I had to arrange in-home care for my father, who was suffering from terminal cancer. Thanks to a recommendation from my cousin, I decided to work with Sacred Journey Hospice in McDonough. From the very beginning, the staff at Sacred Journey was nothing short of exceptional. The nurse who met me at the hospital before my dad returned home was kind, knowledgeable, and provided all the necessary equipment for his care. When my dad came home, the support continued seamlessly with daily check-ins, careful monitoring, and all the supplies we needed. The team also took care of clean-ups and provided aftercare, making a difficult situation so much more manageable. A special mention goes to my dad’s nurse, Eve, and CNA, Khisha. They both made life significantly easier, providing compassionate and attentive care. I truly believe my dad felt loved and well cared for during his final days, thanks to them. Because Sacred Journey Hospice caters to veterans, a week before my dad’s passing, several members of the facility came to his home to honor him with a certificate for his service in the US Marine Corps. This was a deeply touching moment that I will never forget, and I know my dad appreciated it immensely. While I hope I'm never in a position to need hospice care again anytime soon, if I do, I would undoubtedly turn to Sacred Journey Hospice. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of compassionate and comprehensive hospice care. Thank you, Sacred Journey, for everything you've done for us.

Sacred Journey has been a blessing to our family. The nurses Anna ,Stephanie, and Nurse Jay have gone far and above expectations. They made us feel like family. Erin the chaplain is so caring and kind . The social worker was very helpful . I would choose sa red Journey all over again and I'm so thankful for them and their services.

The first person who made contact with me was very professional, very patient, straight forward and sweet at the same time, gave me all the help that I needed in that difficult moment and resolve everything. She worked with me form 5 hours, she did not left me until all was resolve and set. I will never be able to thank her enough for everything she did for me and my family. Sacred Journey hospice is very well represented for that person.
