I highly recommend Access Hospice Ozark. They were professional at all times, extremely caring, and very sensitive will all dealing with my family. Access Hospice anticipated our needs and had solutions ready for any problem that we faced. The emotional support during a difficult time was extremely helpful. Knowing that we could call them day or night helped ease the transition we faced as a family.

When it comes to the time in your life, that hospice care is needed for a loved one, it’s a sad and difficult time. Who do you call, how do you know who will best fit the needs for your loved one? When hospice became necessary for my brother-in-law, we were recommended to call Access Hospice Care, in Ozark. We knew immediately that we had called the right place. Access made everything so easy…they handled all the details with such compassion and love. From having the equipment delivered, ordering supplies and prescriptions, bathing and personal care, pastoral care, excellent nursing care, and also loving on my sister well, as she was losing her beloved. We can’t say enough about my brother-in-laws nurse, Stephanie…so kind, so compassionate, loving, and always on top of Jerald’s needs. Stephanie was so informative, and there when we needed her. Tonya, his bath aide, went above and beyond, to take care of Jerald’s bathing and personal care. Always so compassionate, and could always make him smile! Chaplain Doug, was always there with kind words and prayer. Lindsey was also so kind and sweet in her care, and advice. Nurse Misty, who stayed with my brother-in-law and the family, as he was passing…was excellent in keeping him comfortable, and also tending the family’s needs. Access continues to reach out through grief counseling…and pastoral care.
We would 100% recommend Access Hospice Care, they honestly become like family!

I don't know what we would have done witihout Access support, knowledge, and care. They stayed with us through the end, figuring out how to best meet the family's needs. They didn't just care for the patient, they supported everyone. When our loved one's pain became unbearable, they made him comfortable and we got to keep him at home as he wanted. I will always look back on this hard time with deep gratefulness for Stefanie, Wendy, and Debbie. They truly gave of themselves in order to serve us. May God bless them in the most meaningful ways for all they do to help others make it through the hardest times!

During my mother's very last visit to the hospital - one of many visits in the past several years for a blindingly long list of health issues - when she stated she that was "done with going to the hospital ever again", we decided as a family to ask about going home on hospice care.
The social worker at the hospital gave us a list of local hospice organizations & we won the lottery when we selected Access Hospice. Within hours of my mother's acceptance we had a hospital bed, oxygen concentrator, medical supplies, prescription medications, personal care supplies, everything we needed, delivered to our home. We even had comfort medications, for both pain & anxiety, in our hands before our discharge from the hospital. I was amazed.
I myself am a nurse & have been for nearly twenty years. I've had a multitude of interactions with different hospice organizations throughout my career & they all pale in direct comparison with Access.
The staff is professional, attentive & detail oriented, yet personal & cheerful, but not in a contrived, annoying or intrusive manner. My mother received care from Access, twice a week always & sometimes daily as her condition warrented, for over seven months. During that time, many health care workers from Access entered our home & not one of them did we want to leave earlier than they were supposed to. They took their time to perform their duties fully & completely, with love & compassion, without fail, every single time.
We wish to thank our RN Stephanie & our Bath Aid Sally for the amazing care & love & joy they gave our mother. They are truly special women & our lives are exponentially better for having met them. We are forever grateful.
There are indeed angels in southwest Missouri & many of them are at Access Hospice.

I recently had a family member who was blessed to have Access Hospice assisting him during his end of life journey. You couldn't ask for more caring and compassionate people. Access Hospice met every need from nurse visits( which increased with need) a 24 bour phone line that gets answered by a human who can help no matter what time. My uncles spiritual needs were met as well. People came to help bathe and dress him. As he declined, any assistant devices were provided and delivered to the house. Every single person we met was caring, and knowledgeable. In the beginning I said that my uncle was blessed, I was blessed to have then as well.
