LIFECHOICE Hospice was amazing. They walked with us each step of the way the last few weeks of my Dad’s life. We felt fully supported and my Dad felt truly cared for. They were very responsive with phone calls, provided medications & supplies, made regular visits to our home and gave personal, caring attention. Even the young men who delivered medical supplies were friendly and helpful. We are especially grateful for Marina our nurse, Jessica, Carlene, Dan and Grace. Thank you LIFECHOICE for bringing compassion and dignity to my Dad’s passing.

I want to thank Bertha, our hospice nurse, from the bottom of my heart. She naturally gave my mom such warm and compassionate care. Bertha was also so resourceful and helpful with my husband and me, and even with my mom’s caregiver. She went above and beyond for us, and we will be forever grateful to her.

From the very beginning, they responded promptly-delivering all necessary equipment and arranging the hospital bed transfer the very same day. Pain medications were delivered quickly, and we received clear, detailed guidance on how to administer them and care for our loved one. The staff were not only knowledgeable and well informed, but also genuinely attentive and compassionate throughout. When my father passed, they handled everything with calm efficiency and care.
