I am sending this message to commend the good job Ebony is doing for our family, caregiving for Lester Smith. It's a blessing to see a young person with the spirit to care for older adults who need special help. Jesus Himself said: "Blessed are the merciful...for they shall receive mercy" (Matthew 5:7). The staff here is truly amazing and professional. My brother was in his last days with his battle with cancer, they made sure that he was home on hospice to transition comfortably at home. Mrs Torria made sure that all our questions were answered and was there in my home to administer his comfort package and make sure he was comfortable for his transition. When he transitioned she was there immediately to help us with our next steps and was very comforting. The entire staff was a godsend.

Great hospitality from Justin and the team at Chicago Hope! They made the entire experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve. Highly recommend!
