An employee was abusive towards good friends of ours. Perhaps other employees are adequate, however, the one we've been rudely made aware of is beyond incompetent and beyond the pale.

We had Circle of Life help with my husband's dad at his end of life, and they have been absolutely wonderful! Such a huge help. We got medications delivered to our door, a bathing specialist helping with showers, and nurses that helped with everything, including bandaging dad up when he had a fall. We did not have to go to ER and wait there for hours; we were taken care of within minutes. Everyone was a pleasure to get to know. Dad even got a visit and an orchid on his birthday! But most importantly, he got to die in our own home, where he was comfortable and loved.

I have been associated with Circle of Life for many years. Back in 2019, My father passed away from MS and since then they have been helping take care of my mother. But since the last few years this "caring facility" has gone downhill extremely and I am very disappointed. I would suggest people looking for care to go to other places. My mother was given one week's notice that they were going to discharge her from their care. And generally, that is fine but my mother was on palliative care because she had lost a lot of weight and had many medical issues. She has chronic pain and many other medical issues that since her nurse on palliative care have made her better. She is on medications that if they are not given to her could send her into withdrawals and send her to a hospital if not properly taken care of or worse. But now this business that claims that it cares for people is canceling the program because the nurse that was running had retired. And the patients that they are discharging are on care for many of the issues. My mother called the office several times and asked to have the owner call her back to see what needed to be done. Mind you she never once got any response from the owner and was ignored! Their community Relationship director finally called my mother back after a week of trying to get in touch with her and told my mother that it is not their responsibility for her care and they are not liable if anything happens to her because she cannot get on another program. So in simple terms, they told my mother "Sorry screw you and you are on your own". They called my mother and told her that Renown would not take her as a patient, But when we called Renown stated that they never even received a referral from Circle of Life so there was nothing for them to reject. They do not care about these patients or their care and just care about the money and if they are going to make a profit. They just decided to abandon their patient who needed help because the doctor there refused to help since she is not her patient, and have no way of helping her apparently. All they care about is money and making a profit off of people who are sick and dying but portray themselves as the best hospice in our community. This is false in my experience and I have had experience with them for a while. This place has no ethics or morals, let me rephrase the people running the company do not. BUT I will say that the Nurses and the CNA staff that provide care for the patients are amazing. They are the true ones who care and advocate for their patients. These patients are going to be in a lot of trouble when the nurses and the CNAs leave because at some point they are going to get tired and not want to be associated with a company that treats humans this way. This is not going to be the last that they or you hear from me on this I promise you.

I cannot say enough good about this company. Every single one of them helped me send my mom out with grace and modesty. Rachel, Stephanie, Logan, Kassy, Liz, Lynne, Michael and Jesse went above and beyond. If I missed a name it’s only because I’m still reeling from this loss. Thank you for your kindness and respect of the single most important and tragic moment of mine and my families lives.

This group is both professional and compassionate. They did an excellent job in directing us to the appropriate staff and supplies that were needed at home. They worked to expedite the process to get my father home quickly for his final days. The team members were supportive and kind. I would highly recommend Circle of Life.
