I really like these people. They do a good job with my mother. And they did a good job with me too. Don't ever put these people down. They work very hard and we are very lucky to have them

Home health nurses are great at least with wound care but my wife went in for double bypass with multiple complications with extended stay in ICU and regular hospital bed. Suffered 2 strokes during procedure extending the stay then over a month in rehabilitation facility. Came home on the 27 March and it are being told home health care people won't be out until the 15th of April , almost 3 weeks from discharge. So the PT she received in rehabilitation hasn't happened since leaving rehabilitation on the 27th of March and same goes for the one person they say does all hygiene, i.e. shower/bathing, darn near 3 weeks and no contact! Very unprofessional and offensive. They employ plenty of lpns and rns but what about physical therapists and whoever does the personal hygiene...one person for all of Douglas county??? Give me a break! These people have an answer and justifications for any question/complaint! Do not use this home health care except for their nurses.

I had surgery for a cervical spinal cord injury. I was referred to these clowns for physical therapy. They never have called me. I've called them 3 times and finally on Tuesday, they said that they would call me Wednesday or Thursday morning to set up an appointment. I still haven't received a call and it's 12:30 On Thursday. Horrible service.

I am only doing two stars because when it comes to your family hands down bar none you want everything to be the best and next level and this healthcare business I've had nothing but issues not only with navigating the site but called to leave a message to be contacted and never called . But instead, when you tell them your loved one is not feeling well or sick they push they push until you relent, and you say okay fine because they just don't stop asking to come they will not take no for answer manipulate the narrative till they hear & do what they want I am so frustrated with them and believe me when I say I have tried at the lowest level to deal with this I've tried to get them to call me back and deal with issues all to no avail we had health care for my dad as well here and I never had the struggle and I never had problems I have here & are having with this company please hear when I see don't come and go through this company me! I think I think there used to dealing with the patient that can't speak up for themselves or defend self so anywhere else if and when u need care family. You see when I tried to address any issues they never call you back when I tell them no she's sick they push until they get the answers that they want

I have called twice looking for an appointment and no one has called me back. I was released from the hospital 8/1/2024 and is now 8/15/2024. I broke my tibia and cannot walk for 6 weeks. Also I’m not to be alone. I guess this isn’t bad enough for home health. Sorry but I can’t in good faith give this company a better rating.
