From the very beginning, their team was compassionate, professional, and responsive. The nurses, aides, and social workers were all incredibly knowledgeable and treated my loved one with dignity and respect. The communication was clear and when it wasn't they took the time to ensure we understood the care plan and all available options. What stood out the most was their kindness and empathy—they made sure not only that my loved one was comfortable but also that our family felt supported and informed. I’m deeply grateful for the peace of mind that Beta Palliative & Hospice Care gave us during the final stages of life. Beta Hospice was truly a blessing. The staff provided exceptional care, and their communication was outstanding. There was never a time when they didn’t respond to our needs or proactively reach out with updates or questions. One of the most meaningful gestures was when Beta Hospice went out of their way to hire a bath nurse, something our entire family deeply appreciated. Mirella, our bath nurse, was incredibly compassionate and made sure my mom was comfortable, well cared for, and had a truly refreshing bath. She patiently answered our questions and supported us in every way she could. Our LVN was also wonderful—he drove a long distance just to ensure we had everything we needed. His dedication did not go unnoticed. Our case manager and RN, Alen, was an incredible source of support. He took the time to guide us through every step, making sure we always understood what was happening. We never felt rushed during visits, and his communication was always open and reassuring. If we had any supply issues, Alen handled them promptly. At first, I was a bit apprehensive because Beta Hospice is based in San Bernardino while we live in Montebello. However, I quickly learned that they have nurses in many areas, and scheduling was never a problem. They were always prompt and reliable, showing up exactly when they said they would. If you are looking for a hospice team that is compassionate, dependable, and truly dedicated to their patients and families, Beta Hospice is an excellent choice.
