Complete Hospice Care
Complete Hospice Care
Complete Hospice Care is a Medicare-certified hospice provider serving Tulsa, Oklahoma and surrounding areas. A Medicare-certified hospice provides comfort care and support services to patients with terminal illnesses and their families. Hospice care focuses on quality of life rather than curative treatment.
Hospice care is available to patients whose physician certifies they have a terminal illness with a life expectancy of six months or less if the illness runs its normal course. Patients may receive hospice care at home, in a hospice facility, nursing home, or hospital.
Medicare-certified hospices must provide all four levels of hospice care: routine home care, continuous home care for periods of crisis, general inpatient care for symptom management, and inpatient respite care to give caregivers a break. Care is provided by an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and trained volunteers.
Medicare covers hospice services with no cost to patients for most services, including medications for symptom control, medical equipment, and 24-hour access to care. For more information about hospice benefits, visit Medicare.gov. Compare hospice providers at Medicare Care Compare.
Quality data and provider information are updated periodically by CMS. We recommend verifying current information at Medicare Care Compare.

The care our aunt received was very good. The staff was friendly, compassionate and responsive to our aunt and to us as care givers including dealing with her passing. The problems came after she passed in getting the paperwork approved for a death certificate. Their doctor filled out the form but it was rejected by the state - not once, but several times. It was sent back to their doctor each time it was rejected to be revised and resubmitted to the state authorities. We were incredulous. No explanation was ever given to us. We were told by CHC and the funeral home that the normal waiting period was 5 to 10 days. It took almost 2 months. Why the form was rejected multiple times seems weird to us - since this is a company whose focus is dealing with extremely sick and dying patients.
Great company with great leadership. Prompt, thorough and supportive. Staff works 24/7 and is ready to assist you with any thing you need. Best in Tulsa.
We have been very impressed so far! They have been attentive and so incredibly helpful. All of the nurses have been compassionate and seem to truly care.
Very compassionate and caring staff. Families in Oklahoma can trust them in their time of need.
