I had my first two children in nacogdoches and now have had two children in Dallas. The difference is shocking and I’d bet infant mortality rates between the two counties would show the utter incompetence of east Texas maternity care. My first child , memorial pumped so much drugs into my wife because it’s was late at night, only nacogdoches would they cater to the doctor and not the patient. This was years ago, but it needs to be said. Memorial hospital doctors are unethical and this hospital needs to be investigated. I have family all around east Texas medical, I’m aware of all the dynamics and I still say, do not have your baby in nacogdoches Texas.

This is the WORST most embarrassing hospital ive EVER been too! The MD’s are ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I got a door shut in my face by an MD, and left with no answers. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!! I waited for hours and still nothing. I’m distraught about the entire situation I’ve had both times going here.

I found that everybody was very professional from checking in to each department! Very Clean hospital & very well staffed. The x-ray and MRI department was very professional and helpful.! If you need any testing, X-ray, MRI this is the place to go! Their response time is very fast! Very friendly people!

Great people! The staff were great in all areas! Housekeeping, cooks, nurses, techs, doctors! It saddened me to know this hospital lost some of the funding it had so they are working with limited care capabilities compared to other hospitals. They definitely deserve more funding. However, they cared for my daughter who had severe asthma very well.

I would NOT recommend ANYONE to come here. You’re going to be waiting almost all day just get results back or to get in a room. They come up with more excuses than your own kids.
