"As a former resident at one of Echoing Hills/Echoing Lakes ICF, I have about a year and a half worth of emails between me and the administration in which Echoing Hills/Echoing Lakes was notified of neglect and other things. I also have emails in which I talk to these administrators about them ignoring and not taking care of the issues within these homes. Unless state/government officials come through. Then it's time to hide everything."
